No Hassle Returns

If you're not happy with your purchase, simply send back your item(s) within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please include a copy of your sales receipt and note that items must be in new, resellable condition and in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on sale items, seasonal items, or earrings.

If you've made a purchase at our brick and mortar location, we have a separate policy for in-store returns and exchanges.
If you'd like to make a return within seven days following the original purchase date, we are more than happy to provide a full refund. You will need to bring a copy of your sales receipt. Please note that items must be in new, resellable condition and in the original packaging. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on sale items, seasonal items, or earrings. If you would like to make a return outside of the seven day period, you have up to 30 days from the original purchase date to bring the items(s) for in-store credit or an exchange so long as the above critera are met.
